Set Personal Time For Yourself

Since you have the flexibility of creating your own schedule with working from home with us, it is important to set time for yourself by scheduling breaks within the day.

When setting time for yourself, it is important to be mindful of your best times of the day. It is normally best to schedule your breaks during times where you feel the most fatigued.

During these times, you can rest or you can go for a walk, or make a powerup smoothie for example to help boost you back up in order to get through the day.
